Installation and decommissioning

We work closely with client or our accredited subcontractors to ensure the efficient and seamless integration of our products. We provide concise instructions on the installation, calibration, testing and positioning of the unit. We collaborate with clients to promote prompt delivery, provide ongoing maintenance assistance and dispose of unwanted old equipment where necessary.

Commissioning, validation and testing

In addition to providing impeccable solutions and equipment to the NHS and private sector, we also supply customers with precise and effective services to ensure the continued safety of our products and their users. We test and validate each unit that is issued to ensure the continuous function of surgeries, theatres and clinics nationally.

On-going maintenance

Our fully trained engineers have extensive knowledge of all models we issue and carry a complete spare parts package. All products issued come with a selection of product packages, allowing for the option of service, repair, testing and multi-year and comprehensive cover, providing absolute control and security of the product to maintain optimum performance.

Turn-key projects

In an effort to lessen the stresses of our customers, our nationwide team provide complete sterilisation and decontamination packages quickly and efficiently. Our turn key projects offer ultra fast response and bespoke solutions. This includes design, contractor assessments and appointments, project planning and management, finance management, leasing options, consumables, accessories, furniture and engineering support.

Training

We can offer a full in house training program on the Peacocks range of products, from a basic service point to a full understanding of the controls through to the programming and repair of the products. Training can also be tailored to meet the needs of the customers and training can also be given at the customers location.

Equally important is the ability to provide user training to ensure the safe operation and maximum utilisation of the equipment purchased.
